LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The amount of liquidated damages to be paid by the contractor for each and every working day that he is in default is found in the ODOT CMS Section 108.07 and Special Provisions. Demolition 2. New Asphalt Areas This work includes the construction of a new 3 asphalt section with a minimum 6 of underlying aggregate. 3. New Concrete Walks, Curb This work includes the construction of concrete walk and curbs in the access to parking along an existing paved alley. 4. New Stormwater Infiltration Buffer - This work includes the construction of a storm control mechanism along the southern edge of the parking lot. To be constructed as per plan. 5. Planting Bed and Trees This work includes installing a 3 caliper tree at each end of the two-segment parking areas, along with a planting bed associated with each tree location
