Renovation of a swimming pool in Arab, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Replastering Swimming Pool and Installation of Eight Racing Lanes in accordance with the attached specifications. Bid bond equal to five (5) percent of the total bid for bids over $10,000.00 According to Alabama law, all bids in excess of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) must be accompanied by a bid bond equal to five (5) percent of the total bid. Said bonds must be an original document. Said bond is returnable to the vendor awarded the lowest responsible bid by the City Council after delivery of the specified equipment. Other bonds will be returned within ten (10) days of the award of the bid. Bidders must include with their bid all documentation required by the specifications. The (equipment or item) shall be delivered no later than 60 days after Notice of Award is sent to the successful bidder.
