Interior Build-out of the 15th Floor of the Orange County Courthouse. Work consists of build-out of four courtrooms, jury deliberation rooms, restrooms and associated peripheral rooms. Work will include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior finishes, technology, fire alarm and fire protection. Project Location: 425 North Orange Avenue, Orlando, Florida. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. The buildout of the 13th floor of the Orange County Courthouse to include (4) modular Courtrooms able to handle misdemeanor as well as felony court case, jury deliberation rooms, holding cells and secured corridors. 2. The buildout of common / public spaces on the 13th floor to include elevator lobby, corridors, restrooms and consultation rooms. Critical clarifications may be made via addenda, however, untimely questions may not be considered. The question and answer module of OpenGov IS being utilized for this solicitation. Timely questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted in accordance with the deadline for Question Submission Deadline:April 24, 2025, 5:00pm. Respondents are instructed not to contact the initiating division directly. A Bid, Payment and Performance Bond are a requirement when the offer/contract amount exceeds $100,000. Respondents shall attach an electronic copy of their bid bond for responsiveness. Submission of the bid bond, along with a certified and effectively dated copy of the power of attorney, shall be completed and signed by all required parties and submitted on the form provided in the solicitation. Submittal of a bid bond less than 10% of the total estimated contract amount for base period, shall result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. In the alternative, a Certified Check, or a Cashier's Check shall be required to accompany each electronic offer in a stated dollar amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the sum of the total estimated contract amount for the base period.
