Bidders must wear their own high-visibility safety vest. Bidders must have half-face respirators with minimum p100 filter available for entry to the applicable spaces.Contact the Consultant at panglin@toalltech.com to receive an electronic copy of the tender documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tendered quotation, made payable to "Horizon Health Network". Upon award of contract, the successful bidder shall furnish the Owner with a Performance Bond and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond for an amount equal to fifty percent each of the contract price. There will be no public openings. The bid results will be provided by the Consultant within 5 business days after the closing of the bids, upon receipt of an email request from the Bidder. The latest requirements of the Procurement Act and its regulations apply to this contract. The lowest bid, or any bid, will not necessarily be accepted.
