**As of December 21 ,2023 project was awarded to Baker Constructors, Inc., awarded amount is $2,682,473.65,.** This project consists of the construction of a new privately-owned vehicle parking lot, as well as upgrading an intersection on Georgia State Route 25 / Main Street to a roundabout. The ILA Parking Lot will be located on the Garden City Terminal, in the Northeast quadrant of the intersection of GA 25 and Trippe Blvd. The proposed parking lot will include parking for approximately 650 vehicles, a covered break area with food truck parking, restroom building, turnstiles, and a shuttle parking lot. Construction activities will include installation of water, sewer, drainage, and electrical utilities, site grading, asphalt and concrete paving, canopies, restroom building, fences, turnstiles, and pavement markings. The SR25 roundabout will be located at the intersection of GA SR25 and Trippe Blvd. The project will consist of upgrading the GDOT intersection from its current configuration to a roundabout. Construction activities will include traffic control, demolition, grading, asphalt and concrete paving, curb & gutters, drainage, signage, and pavement markings. The project is location at the Garden City Terminal, Savannah, GA.
