Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Leamington, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The intent of this request is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to extend the existing timber boardwalk at Seacliff Beach to the Pier within the Municipality of Lamington. The Municipality of Leamington is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the supply of all services, materials and equipment to extend the existing wood boardwalk approximately 1,500 feet from Seacliff Beach to the Pier located at the southern extent of Erie Street South. The boardwalk is a 'floating' structure and does not require any sub-grade support. The construction of this boardwalk extension shall match the material and design of the existing boardwalk.
