Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Esquimalt, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
This project is for the installation and commissioning of 2 pre-ordered boilers, including trim, venting and accessories to the following facility, Esquimalt Recreation Centre, 527 Fraser St, Esquimalt, B.C. The awarding of this Bid is subject to the Township of Esquimalt executive approval and/or funding. Should Bid submissions not receive approval and/or exceed funding levels, Township of Esquimalt reserves the right to reject without penalty, any, or all bids. PROJECT SCHEDULE 1. Contractor to provide shop drawings within 5 days from contract award. 2. All equipment is to be onsite by September 8th, 2023, barring any owner or consultant delays. CONTRACT FORM 1. The form of Contract between the accepted bidder and Owner will a purchase order from the Township of Esquimalt. 2. The holdback percentage shall be ten percent (10%). This holdback shall be released upon substantial completion of the installation contract, currently expected by November 15th 2023. TECHNICAL ENQUIRIES 1.
