Renovation of an educational facility in Montclair, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,589-square-foot educational facility.

Scope of Work: The project consists of renovation of Lecture Hall 135 (1,589 sf). Existing walls and a portion of floor at the back of the room to be removed to accommodate ADA seating. 100 new fixed tablet arm seats to be installed with perimeter aisles. Finishes and electrical upgrades. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. regarding Affirmative Action; State of New Jersey Prevailing Wage Rate Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.26 et seq.; and N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 regarding Ownership Disclosure. Bidders shall also be classified by the Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) and possess a valid C008 (General Construction) or C009 (General Construction/Alter. & Additions) with a minimum aggregate rating of $1 million or more at the time of proposal submission and contract execution.
