The Town is seeking proposals with regard to a condition assessment of the Tannery Road Culvert, identifying areas that require repair and replacement, as further specified within this Request for Proposal Question Deadline 08/09/2023 at 4:30 PM AT Scope of Work A complete condition assessment of the Tannery Road Culvert. All reviews, inspections, etc. performed by the Consultant must thoroughly document the following with appropriate supporting documentation Current conditions Performance of any tests, destructive or non-destructive, if required, for proper evaluation of the current culvert condition. Identification of deficiencies o Code and Regulation deficiencies Suitable working condition deficiencies Known access points along the culvert are from either end (Victoria Road and Tannery Road), a hatch adjacent to the Lunenburg swimming pool, and storm infrastructure on Knickle Road.
