The Town of Port Hawkesbury is seeking submissions related to upgrades for sidewalk, curb, and the addition of active transportation markings along Sydney Road and Pinecrest Drive. All pre-closing questions shall be directed to: Attn: Jason MacMillan, CET Town of Port Hawkesbury T: 902-625-7899 jmacmillan@townofph.ca Provide Tender Security in the amount of 10% of the Estimated Contract Price with Tender, in the form of a Certified Cheque or Money Order payable to the Owner. Payment Bond each in the amount of 50% of the Estimated Contract Price This performance bond shall, upon acceptance of the Work Tenderer agrees to complete all Work by October 31 st, 2023 All Tender documents, including specifications, drawings and addenda will be issued on the Nova Scotia public tenders website at https://procurement-portal.novascotia.ca/tenders
