Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winthrop, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Full price to remove an existing 10 step set of exterior granite stairs at the transition from Hermon Street to Short Street in Winthrop, Massachusetts and to form, pour and install a new concrete stairway system. This new stairway system will have a minimum of ten (10) 7 ft wide steps configured with an equal rise between steps of 7 -7.5 inches. The concrete must have a minimum strength of 4000 psi. The new stairway must be equipped with aluminum railings permanently affixed to each side of the new staircase and a railing height of 38" inches from stair tread to top of railing. In addition to the installation of the concrete stairway, this quote shall include the removal and replacement of a 6ft x 7ft deteriorated asphalt pad at the top of the stairway and the removal and replacement of a 90ft x 7ft deteriorated asphalt walkway at the base of the stairway to re-connect the new staircase to the asphalt roadway at Short St. The asphalt work requires a 2.5" binder course and 1.5" finish course at each location.
