The Contractor shall provide all approved materials, labor, equipment, tools, mobilization, transportation, supervision, and any other incidental work and accessories to accomplish work as described herein. The description of work to be done consists, in general, of providing all labor, materials, tools, appurtenances, and equipment required as well as any other items and details not mentioned above but required by the Contract Documents and as directed by the Contracting Officer or designee. The Contractor is required to inspect, clean, repair and test as needed any work for full operation to the requirements and specifications as detailed in this scope of work. The objective is to provide design and construction services at the National Maritime Intelligence Center (NMIC) for office suite 3A116. Work may include, but is not limited to field survey / investigation, full and complete design services. Services to include furniture assembly/disassembly, office and watch area furniture procurement and installation, AV equipment and AV furniture procurement and installation, office construction to include walls, doors and frames, life safety to include fire protection, painting, flooring work to include carpeting, mechanical to include HVAC systems, electrical distribution systems, lighting systems, locksmith services, and HAZMAT (e.g. mold remediation) services. The contractor shall procure and install card reader access and X-10 spin dial lock as identified on the concept drawing. The contractor shall also coordinate with the ONI Audio Visual Technician to determine conduit pathways for all AV work required on this project.
