Cole Head House Renovations-Purchase of Select Mechanical Equipment This Project is subject to State Prevailing Wage Rates. This Project is subject to an overall goal of thirty percent (30%) Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) participation under this contract, including MBE sub-goals of eight percent (8%) for African American owned businesses and eleven percent (11%) for Women owned businesses.
