Colliers Project Leaders Inc. Inc. is a Project Management Service Provider (PMSP) retained by Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation (OILC, IO) under the contract. Colliers Project Leaders Inc. acting as Owner on behalf of its client, OILC is seeking to prequalify General Contractors, for the projects 1098601-273553 - Dryden Courthouse Flood Remediation First Floor. The project is located at Dryden Courthouse. Scope of work to include but not limited to the flood remediation at the Dryden Courthouse of the Court Services space including courtroom, boardroom, administrative space, judicial chambers, intake court and related space within the area. This project is considered urgent since the flood has affected court services. Work to include the replacement of drywall, baseboards, flooring, and any damaged furniture. The exact scope of work for construction is provided in drawings and specification.
