Site Directions: Turn south off I-90 at S Billings Blvd Turn west on Hillcrest Road The project consists of: Installing approximately 2,900 feet of PVC Water Line and associated appurtenances, fire hydrants, 1-1/2-inch water services and associated appurtenances, water meter pits and loops, and 2-inch waste hydrants. The work also includes trenchless installation across Hillcrest Road for a 6-inch hydrant lateral, and miscellaneous surface restoration. The Work will extend an existing PVC water main to serve the City of Billings Compost Facility on Hillcrest Road. Est. Completion Date: May 1, 2024
