Including demolition, excavation, limited site work, multi-level play feature, inlet piping replacement, water feature piping, water feature pump, controls, electrical, construction of reinforced concrete zero-depth outdoor pool floor replacement, decking repair, shade structures, replace the 3-Meter diving tower and board, painting, electrical bonding, and miscellaneous Contractor Shall Carry Workmen's Compensation Insurance Satisfactory To the Owner and Shall Also Carry Public Liability Insurance in the Same Way. The Successful Bidder(S) Shall Furnish a Corporate Surety Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Maintenance Bond in an Amount Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price, Said Bonds Are To Be Issued by a Responsible Surety Approved by the Owner. Said Bonds Shall Guarantee the Prompt Payment of All Materials and Labor and Save Harmless the Owner From Claims and Damages of Any Kind Caused by the Operations of the Contractor. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any, and All Bids, or Parts Thereof And to Waive Any Irregularities
