The Successful Bidder(S) Shall Furnish a Corporate Surety Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Maintenance Bond in an Amount Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price, Said Bonds Are To Be Issued by a Responsible Surety Approved by the Owner. Said Bonds Shall Guarantee the Prompt Payment of All Materials and Labor and Save Harmless the Owner From Claims and Damages of Any Kind Caused by the Operations of the Contractor. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any, and All Bids, or Parts Thereof And to Waive Any Irregularities
