Site work and renovation of a civil project in Boone, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Appalachian State University is seeking design services for the installation of roughly 5100 ft of 6" HDPE force main and a duplex pump station. The new line will run between Appstates Water Treatment plant at 800 Rainbow Trail in Boone NC to a manhole on Market Hills Rd in Boone NC. The pump station will be installed onsite at the water treatment plant. Construction Start March, 2024 Work must be concluded no later than January 1st 2025. Firms will be notified the week of August 28, 2023. Interviews will be conducted the week of September 5, 2023. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
