Deadline for all written communication shall be end of business day General Requirements - FOB Destination Award Requirements - All or None Award Approval to commence work is expected after RCOC Board approval in April 2026 Intent & Scope of Work RCOC is seeking a written proposal for this scope of work and a total lump-sum price, for all the labor, materials, and equipment required for the Fence Replacement - Lake Orion Garage as specified. Scope of work for Fence Replacement - Lake Orion Garage - REBID: o Remove and replace approximately 3260 linear feet of fabric and wire - fabric will be 9 gauge at an installed height of 6 feet. Install 3 strands of barb wire attached to an outward facing post cap bracket along not road front property. o Replace approximately 330 fence posts at 10 feet spacing. o Line posts will be 2 3/8" and 10-foot-long. Posts can be driven in solid ground or installed with concrete reinforcement for less stable locations. o Terminal posts will be 2 7/8" o Top rail will be 1 5/8" and be continuous along fencing o Tree, brush and stump and rock removal will be removed by RCOC. Trees and stumps will be processed before construction and any rock removal will be completed as needed o Reinforcement wire will be installed at the base of the fabric o Security will need to be maintained at the end of each day during construction, opening in fencing will need to be secure o The existing four-foot walkway gate along Lapeer Rd will be replaced with a 6-foot gate. This gate is required for Fire Department access to the hydrant and building fire dept connection.
