Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Durham, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
This project is for the construction of a new 10,000 square feet (sq) training and administrative building, fully renovated outdoor firing range facilities, plus site improvements, drainage, walkways, driveways and parking at the existing Sheriff's Firing Range located at 100 Electra Road, Durham, NC with an estimated construction budget of $14,000,000.00 All questions shall be received by the Purchasing Division no later than 3:00 P.M., on August 17, 2023. NO EXCEPTIONS. Questions concerning M/WBE should be directed to Rick Greene, Assistant Procurement Manager, at rgreene@dconc.gov; 919.560.0059. The Construction Management Fee will be a fixed number based on a percentage of the Cost of Work. For this project, the maximum percentage of the Cost of Work will be reasonably determined by the County once a selection has been made.
