Site work for a parking garage in Maryville, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for site work for a 46,607-square-foot, two-story above grade parking garage.
Harper Avenue Parking Garage Structural Repairs The proposal should include any additional testing/evaluation services which may be deemed necessary. A previously completed geotechnical report is available. Initial structural evaluation is to be provided by no later than September 15th , 2023 and will include recommendations for repairs and a preliminary estimate of repair costs. Final deliverables will include construction documents, plans, details and specifications including complete bidding documents. The schedule will be determined based on the complexity of repairs. Additional construction oversight & inspection services may be required. Proposals should include information about the firm, as well as resumes and experience of key personnel to be assigned to the project.
