As of September 27, 2023, the project is still under advisement, we received only one bid and the it exceeds the budget and funding is being re-considered No definite date for the rebid. Demolition of the Wolf Point HeadStart Building This item involves site preparation activities for building demolition, including but not limited to, preparation of the construction staging area, site security, dust control, housekeeping, traffic control, and other site preparation and site services as described in this section. Contractor(s) shall be always responsible for security of his equipment and material. No security will be provided by the Owner. A portion of this project is funded by the ARPA Funding and therefore the work must be completed by a Contractor in accordance with all federal fair labor practices and procurement statutes, including: 1. Compliance with Federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates and reporting requirements. Certified payroll reports are required by the Contractor to document compliance with prevailing wage rates and must be submitted to the Owner on Form WH-347 when invoices are submitted for work. 2. Compliance with reporting requirements for the utilization of all Minority/Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (MBE/DBE) is required. A MBE/DBE Utilization Reporting Form must be submitted with your bid; and,
