The purpose of this request for proposal is to invite prospective vendors to submit a proposal to supply Emmet County with parking lot improvements. The Vendor shall provide the following related to this particular RFP: A. Provide all parking lot improvements described on the attached Sidock Group construction documents dated June 29, 2023, sheets CS-001, C-100, C-101, C-200, C-300, C-400, and C-500. B. Provide all required permits and fees. C. Removal of all debris and clean-up of site. D. Projected start date and duration of project Reference Number Emmet County is soliciting proposals from prospective vendors to provide the County with civil services to expand and improve the existing parking lot at McGulpin Point. Questions shall be submitted in writing to David R. Anolick at danolick@emmetcounty.org no later than 3:00 p.m. on August 10, 2023: The County reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any and all proposals, or parts of any proposal, for any reason whatsoever and waive technicalities.
