As of 9/22/2023, this project has been awarded but the total award amount was not confirmed. Sealed bids for furnishing CLEANING AND/OR SEALING JOINTS AND CRACKS (Asphaltic Concrete) for the months beginning October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2025 for the City of Corsicana will be received at the City Manager's office at 200 N. 12th Street, Corsicana, Texas 75110 until 10:00a.m. on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "CRACK AND SEAL" in the lower left hand corner. Bids may also be submitted by email to bids@corsicanatx.gov. Bids submitted by email must receive a confirmed receipt to be considered. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by teleconference at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug 15, 2023 at the Government Center, 200 N. 12th Street, Corsicana, Texas 75110. The City of Corsicana reserves the right to reject any or all bids on any basis and without disclosure of a reason. The failure to make such a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim, or cause of action by any unsuccessful bidder against the City of Corsicana. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
