Engineers Estimate - Base: $112,000 - Alternate No. 1: $6,000 - Alternate No. 2: $7,000 - Alternate No. 3: $5,000 Improvements include new concrete walking path, ADA compliant playground border, ADA ramps, and appurtenances. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total band subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
