Renovation of a laboratory facility in Mandan, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.06 and 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Description of Work: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service, at Northern Great Plains Research Laboratory (NGPRL) in Mandan ND requires replacement of metal siding on buildings. The requirements are further detailed in the attached Requirements Documents. A site visit is strongly recommended: Contact Mike Eberle 701-527-1524 or Scott Jensen at 701-805-1222 Site visits may be arranged Monday - Friday 8 -3pm Central time. All site visits must be completed between 7/25/2023 and 8/2/2023. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for bid/proposal preparation costs. SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI): Offeror must have an active UEI SAM Registration in SAM.GOV. Invoicing: Contractor is required to submit invoices electronically
