The submissions of the proposal or bid by the Officer in response to the Advertisement for Bids constitutes an acknowledgment of and an agreement by the Officer that it understands and will comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and the Illinois Preference Act A Contract Bond for payment and performance is required in connection with this procurement.
