The Ascension Parish Utilities Department is soliciting professional service proposals for mechanical, inspection and testing work as required to support the proper operation of our fire hydrants. The scope of this work is for the repair ,replacement, inspection and testing fire hydrants as per the scope of work given. Bidders are to provide the Parish with a detailed unit price rate sheet for their services. All technical information will be provided to the successful bidder(s),which refers to equipment manuals, operating manuals and technical information as required All questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted to the Purchasing Department via purchasing@apgov.us by 4:00 PM Mon July 18, 2023. The Parish reserves the right to disqualify any responses to Bids, Request for Qualifications, or Request for Proposals if it is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana
