The purpose of this Design-Bid-Build (DBB) project is to perform comprehensive interior renovations at the County Administration Building (CAB), located at 14741 Governor Oden Bowie Dr, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. The project encompasses the modernization of approximately 195,000 square feet across five floors and a lower level to effectively accommodate new occupants and upgrade aging infrastructure. The primary purpose of this initiative is to reconfigure existing spaces for improved departmental alignment and enhanced functionality, ensuring the facility meets contemporary standards for county operations and public service.
