Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Green Cove Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,250-square-foot elderly care / assisted living facility.
The Clay County Board of County Commissioners are requesting quotes from licensed Contractors to clean and recoat the roof at the Clay County Aging True Facility located at 604 Walnut Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043. The point of contact for this project after award will be the Building Maintenance Superintendent for Clay County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Work includes, but is not limited to obtaining and providing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the project and the following tasks: Pressure wash roof to remove all dirt and loose particles Remove peeling coating and large blisters Treat peeling and blistered areas, loose joints, cracks, etc. with a butter grade silicone. Coat entire roof with silicone roof coating; approximately 6250 Sq. Ft. Final completion shall be obtained by thirty (30) days after the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall be assessed Liquidated Damages (LD) of $100 for each day past final completion date set by the contract. Question Deadline 08/09/2023 at 4:00 PM ET
