Work includes demolition and removal of existing concrete pad, excavation for concrete foundation, construction of reinforced masonry structure, stucco finish, brick veneer and metal lettering. The work to be performed, in general, consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and contract documents for the replacement of two (2) existing park entry sign as reflected in this project plans. Each proposed entry monument signs reflects the park name using aluminum lettering attached to a masonry block wall and supported on a concrete spread footing. The location of the entry monument signs to be replaced will be provided by the City of San Clemente. The work also includes traffic/pedestrian control. Questions are to be e-mailed to Amir K.
