Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cumming, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project No: M23012 The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities. All anticipated federal, state, and local permits required for the project have not been obtained. Required permits are anticipated on or before September 19, 2023. No Proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after Proposal opening, except as otherwise expressly provided by applicable law. Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposed lump sum contract price (exclusive of alternates and unit prices). Both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Owner will provide the forms of all bonds. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required for the following subcontractors: the fire protection subcontractor, the electrical subcontractor, the plumbing subcontractor, and the roofing subcontractor. the Request for Proposals, for all labor, materials and services necessary for the construction o Forsyth County Schools: Renovations & Modifications to Coal Mountain Elementary, North Forsyth Middle School, and North Transportation Center located at 3455 & 3645 Coal Mountain Drive, Cumming, GA 30028, and 3710 Matt Hwy, Cumming, GA 30028
