The New Bedford Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Community Resource Center in New Bedford, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by J.M. Booth & Associates Inc.. The Project consists of: The renovation and expansion of an existing former office with a 12' x 24' wood framed addition on a full basement foundation. Work includes site modifications, accessibility accommodation and all new systems and finishes. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive.
