* Bids will be received by the Village Clerk at the Village Hall, 26 Fennell Street, Skaneateles, New York 13152 until 10:00 AM EST on September 7, 2023, and then at said time and place, publicly opened and read aloud.Clift Park Seawall Cap Rehabilitation Project. * All bids must be made on the Bid Forms contained within the Project Manual and be accompanied by a certified check or satisfactory bid bond, payable to the Village of Skaneateles, in the amount equal to 5% of the Base Bid. The Village of Skaneateles Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to reject any bid because of informality All questions/ RFIs must be received by August 18, 2023, at 5:00 PM. Responses will distributed in the form of an addendum. The Owner reserves the right to waive any information in, or to reject any and all bids. Upon award of the bid, the successful bidder must supply both Performance and Labor and Material bonds in the full amount ofthe bid. Upon receipt ofthese bonds, the bid bond will be returned. The Work will be substantially completed on or before November 15, 2023 (Milestone 1 - Section 4.02.B) and May 15, 2024 (Milestone 2 - Section 4.02.B), and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before May 24, 2024.
