The University Hospitals Trust is seeking bid packages for the scopes of work listed below for the Nurse Call Upgrades at the OU Childrens Hospital, 1st Floor Emergency Department located at 1200 N. Childrens Ave, Oklahoma City,OK. 73104, United States, per issued RFP and contract documents. The West-Com Nurse Call System is an innovative, sustainable, patient safety solution designed to improve clinical communications, streamline workflow, and promote patient and family engagement. Solutions offered with this system contribute to the reduction or elimination of preventable medical errors and hospital acquired conditions. West-Coms software platform allows for direct integration and data sharing to and from other hospital systems for the advancement of patient care outcomes. Common system integrations include wireless devices, RTLS, LDAP, hospital beds, infusion pumps, EMRs, ADTs, and similar systems. The Nurse Call System can also provide care analytics, CareBoards with live metrics, and interdepartmental workflow communications. Portions of this Project are currently underway. Successful Bidders must have project completed by November 23rd, 2023
