Road Salt material to be quoted both as a delivered and non-delivered price per ton. * Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Unless otherwise specified, the City reserves the right to accept or reject Bids/Proposals, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities or irregularities not affecting substantial rights which is in the best interest of the City.
