As February 7, 2024, the project has been awarded and notice to proceed has been issued, however, construction has yet to commence and a timeline for has not been confirmed. The work of this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services and incidentals and of performing all work necessary to provide construction of a new biosolids dewatering system and building, including demolition of the existing Belt Filter Press Building and equipment, and all necessary appurtenances complete, in place, and ready for service in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared therefor by Wright-Pierce, Inc. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a cashier's check or Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. Performance and Payment Bonds on the prescribed forms each in an amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the accepted Bid, as security for the faithful performance of his Contract and for the payment of all persons performing labor or furnishing materials in connection therewith.
