Repair and Replacement of Existing and Removal, Supply and Installation of New Automatic Door Operators as required The successful Respondent shall supply all labour, material(s), equipment, tools, etc. required to complete all work as specified and as required. The successful Respondent must be familiar with the interconnection and required programming for the "Safe School Access Program" and the associated Aiphone system interconnection which provides authorized access through the front door only of all elementary schools, or the ALGO system which provides authorized access through the front door only of some secondary schools. The connection of these system must be as stated without deviation on the applicable attached drawing. The successful Respondent must be familiar with the interconnection and required programming for the connection of automatic door operators on designated doors to automatically lock when a "LOCKDOWN" or "HOLD AND SECURE" is initiated in the school. When making repairs to or replacing an existing automatic door operator, (ADO) the technician must confirm if the operator is connected to automatically lock when a "LOCKDOWN" or "HOLD AND SECURE" is initiated in the school. Following the completion of the repair or unit replacement the "LOCKDOWN" or "HOLD AND SECURE" function must be tested to ensure the door automatically locks when a "LOCKDOWN" or "HOLD AND SECURE" is initiated. Maintenance Work Order repairs, replacements of existing faulty operators, and installations of new automatic door operators, shall be carried out during the hours custodial staff is regularly scheduled to be on site, 7:30 am to 11:30 pm provided the required work does not interfere with any office function, teaching programs or create any noise unacceptable to the school administration and or program delivery.
