Winnebago County is requesting proposals for Snow Removal Services for Sidewalks at Ten (10) Winnebago County Facilities in Oshkosh, WI for a one-year period beginning on or about October 10, 2023. Requests for further information must be directed to: Winnebago County Purchasing Department 112 Otter Avenue Oshkosh, WI 54901 Phone: (920) 232-3427 Email: sschry@winnebagoucountywi.gov All questions about the meaning or intent of this RFP shall be submitted to the Purchasing Department in writing. Replies shall be issued by addenda, delivered to all parties recorded by the Purchasing Department as having received the RFP. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the due date for the proposals will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. If submitting in paper format: the proposal shall be unbound and single-sided. Proposals must be sealed and must be plainly marked in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope RFP# MA17-23.Proposals shall also be clearly marked on the front of the envelope with the Contractors name and return address. All questions in the Request for Proposal must be answered by the Contractor. All additional information required must be attached to the back of the packet. Any other information not specifically solicited but pertinent to the Contractors proposal may also be attached to the back of the entire packet. Written requests for withdrawal of proposals is permitted any time prior to the scheduled due date and time. All proposals submitted shall be binding for twenty (20) calendar days following the due date, unless the Contractor(s), upon request of the County, agree to an extension. Proposals will be evaluated and an award, if any, will be made as soon as possible. Award shall be made to the Contractor whose response to the RFP is deemed to be the most advantageous to Winnebago County taking into consideration price, experience, references and any other relevant information. The contract shall be effective on the date indicated in the contract and shall run for one (1) year from that date, with an option to renew for up to two (2) additional one-year periods by mutual agreement of the County and Contractor and subject to the appropriation of funds
