**As of September 14, 2023 the City of Clarksville has decided not to award this contract and currently there are no plans on rebidding at this time.** Bidders will be required to submit a Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's maximum Bid price in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Upon Contract award, the Successful Bidder must provide performance and payment bonds in accordance with the General Conditions, as may be modified by the Supplementary Conditions, at time of delivery of the executed Agreement to the Owner. The work to be performed {Work) generally consists of the following: o Approximately 50 L.F. of 6-inch PVC sewer force main and tie-ins to existing force main piping. Lowering approximately 105 LF of existing 6-inch PVC sewer force main. CITY OF CLARKSVILLE CLARKSVILLE, TENNESSEE o A 320 gallon per minute (gpm) lift station, including an 8-foot diameter wet well, submersible pumps, piping, valves, guide rails, electrical, instrumentation and controls, security fencing, and associated site work. o Demolition of existing lift station structures. The Project has an expected duration of 210 days to Substantial Completion after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and 240 days to readiness for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
