Site work and new construction of a civil project in Florence, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
In general, the project includes a new lift station, electrical building, natural gas engine driven bypass pump, approximately 6,200 feet of 12" ductile iron force main, 700 feet of 12" ductile iron gravity sewer, manholes, road bores, air releases, grassing, and clean up. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner, and to reject non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty days from the date set for receiving the bids.
