The City of Osage Beach is looking to enter into a one-year contract for these services with two renewal years. Bidders will be expected to be on call and provide general maintenance services for City sewer infrastructure on an as needed basis. Bidders are asked to provide a daytime hourly rate and a afterhours hourly rate. We expect the need for these services to be heavy through the end of this year and then tapper off and only be needed occasionally beyond that. The winning bidder will be asked to sign the Citys standard services agreement contract for a one-year term with 2 one-year renewals. A copy of the Citys standard service agreement contract is available upon request. Proposal packets to include: RFP Form (enclosed) Any additions to the RFP Form regarding specifications.
