Renovation of a library in Orem, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
This project includes the replacement of the existing cooling towers on the roof and upgrading various controls and piping accessories in the Level #03 Mechanical Room. Construction Cost Estimate: $500,000.00 Question Submission Close Date 8/9/2023 3:00 PM MDT A bid bond properly signed by the Contractor and a qualified surety on an AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond Form, or equivalent, in the amount of 5% of the bid, shall accompany the Contractor's bid and uploaded to U3P under Vendor Attachments. If the bid bond is not furnished with the Contractor's bid, the Contractor's bid is NONRESPONSIVE and the Contractor will be disqualified. Liquidated Damages Per Day: $500.00 Completion Date: FRIDAY, MARCH 1, 2024 The completion date may have been changed in an addendum following the posting of this Solicitation. Refer to the current Project Schedule for final dates and times.
