The City of Asheville ("Owner") is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested persons or organizations, qualified as a construction manager/general contractor (Applicants) for the performance of Construction Manager at Risk services for the Lewis McCormick Field Improvements (McCormick Field). The McCormick Field project consists of a facilities renovation intended to upgrade both player and fan services . The project is funded in part by a grant from the Buncombe County Tourism Product Development Fund (TPDF) and the City of Asheville. Based on a response to this RFQ, the Owner intends to select a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) that provides the best value to the project. The respondent is responsible for providing all the necessary information to fulfill the requirements of this RFQ. Cost of Work Construction Budget: $25.5 Million
