Site work for a water / sewer project in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the replace of approximately 298 feet of 24-inch pipe and 255 feet of 42-inch pipe via Jack & Bore, approximately 30 feet of 8-inch, 76 feet of 24-inch pipe and 325 feet of 42-inch pipe via open cut, and abandon 320 feet of 24-inch pipe, and 408 feet of 42-inch pipe for the 2020 CMOM Package 1A-Jack & Bore Project, SAWS Job No. 21-4515. Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by 05:00 PM (CDT) on August 29, 2023 as a separate document or included as part of an addendum. Please be advised that Bidders are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, the Consultant, the Developer, or City of San Antonio officials regarding this IFB up until the contract is awarded as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. Sealed bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price. The aspirational SMWB goal is 22%
