Site work for a water / sewer project in Hampton Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of October 9,2023, project was awarded, Anticipated start date is late of this October. and will be completed by end of this year** Estimated project cost: $875,000 The work under contract no. 2023-01 generally consists of construction of approximately 300 lineal feet of 24-inch diameter ductile iron water main and appurtenances via open cut, and approximately 334 lineal feet of 24-inch diameter fusible PVC water main and appurtenances via horizontal directional drilling. Work shall also include the installation of drilled rock anchors and thrust blocking where indicated on the contract drawings. The owner will supply the 24-inch ductile iron pipe and 1 EA 24-inch butterfly valve for installation by the contractor. The owner will furnish and install the surge relief vault. The contractor shall furnish and install all other materials. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/18/2023 4:00 PM All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER in writing via PennBid's "Questions" tab. Replies will be issued by Addenda, posted within PennBid's "Documents" tab, and an email notice will be sent to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five days prior to the date of bid opening may not be answered. Only interpretations written by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
