TIMELINE: Request for statement of qualification seeking professional consulting services to engage a consulting team with appropriate experience, and expertise to: Review, assess, and provide recommendations to reduce carbon emissions at select city owned and operated facilities in accordance with the requirements of the Green Municipal Fund, Community Building Retrofit funding stream, and Provide a Preliminary Design Report describing energy, emissions and cost savings possible through a major mechanical renewal at the Citys Beban Park Complex with option to progress to detailed design and construction services. Further update late fall 2023, upon award. City reserves the right to reject or accept any or all Submissions in whole or in part at any time without further explanation.
