Demolition and renovation of a mixed-use development in Peterborough, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and office development.
Reconstruction of approx. 380 sq m of office, and meeting rooms into the new Executive Suite offices, consisting of 16 offices, 2 meeting rooms, and a kitchenette - Sutherland Campus. Scope of the work includes but is not limited to electrical, data, HVAC and Architectural trades. The office space being renovated is for the Office of the President, the senior leadership team, and associated staff of the College. Quality workmanship and on-time delivery is a necessity. Demolition and Abatement of all Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) will have already been completed before the site is turned over to the General Contractor.
