The project is expected to be awarded on October 4, 2023.** Under these Specifications the Contractor shall perform all work for the installation of approximately 4,200 linear feet of 12-inch PVC pipe, 200 linear feet of 12-inch CML&C steel pipe, and 175 linear feet of 18-inch PVC pipe including all appurtenances, water services, and connections to existing pipelines and services. The work shall also include all restrained and welded joints, valves, fire hydrants, blow-offs, air valves, water services, shoring and bracing per California Labor Codes, backfill, pavement removal, replacement and resurfacing per encroachment permit, pipeline dewatering, highlining, service connections, disinfection, traffic control, removal/abandonment of approximately 4,400 linear of 12-inch steel and PVC pipe, and other related appurtenant work. All work shall in accordance with these specifications and the contract drawings.
