Review station location to meet customer demand and consider growth/home construction (Ontario Bill 23, More Homes Built Faster Act) - ensure public safety and avoid truck traffic in residential areas; Technical assessment of each Bulk Water station (using available information such as CNAs) and evaluation as to how well each station meets the current/future customer expectations (consider potable vs. non-potable use; equipment; location; technology) and Region needs; Identification and evaluation of Bulk Water strategies and recommendation of the preferred bulk water strategy that is aligned with best industry practices in the delivery of bulk water services that meets Halton Region current/future requirements as well as is financially sustainable; Implementation Plan outlining steps & human resources & budget required to accomplish the preferred bulk water strategy.
